We are majority equity owner-operators; however, we prefer companies that desire to have a continuing ownership and operating role (for current and future family generations) in the business following a Tiverton transaction.

Tiverton typically targets acquiring or building business platforms from $50 million up to $500 million.
To support the needs of large transactions, our business strategy includes both roll-up opportunities and large-scale buyouts.
